Dealers, Brokers and Community Owners: Do You Need Wholesale Inventory? Let me just say that if you own a community that has vacant lots and think they are just going to magically fill themselves, I have a bridge in Brooklyn I would like to sell you. You can buy inventory and fill up your park, or you can hope, wish and pray folks will drag homes into your community. I do not see this happening any time soon for any of you unfortunately. If you are serious about getting your community full-we NEED to talk soon.
