What I am talking about is a mindset shift, of embracing doing what it takes to get what you want.Instead of "WHY would strangers trust me with their money" it becomes "HOW do I structure mutually-beneficial deals so others WANT to give me their money." 

It’s amazing how much status women give each other for their rings.

The economy is still not strong enough yet to embrace an Austin-like culture.Back then, I would share, “If I fix a property in Five Palms, I am not looking to market to someone who lives in Alamo Heights… I am marketing to those who live in the area.”
