@Karyn T In Atlanta, when I'm trying to find out more info on one of my old houses (courthouse in Atlanta burned down in 1920, so all the houses say that they're built in 1920 and that's all the info you get from the city), I can go to the Atlanta History Center.

It turned out that the options that she was exploring outside of having to sell the house did not pan out, so she needed to sell the house now to fund moving her mother to a facility that she was now going with.

stay away from streets like Peter Pan and Snow White... as well...be leary of zips 32202/06/08/09 especially. 32222/44 is decent enough. 32210 has its good spots bordering 32073. 17/23/57/58/59 Mandarin NW St Johns, Switzerland, Julington Creek areas are all decent esp 58/59 if you have the $ to spend. 32221/ 32234 has its good spots in rural areas and some new construction.
