Anyone that tells you that a longterm marketing plan is wrong seriously needs to stop investing and go chop coconuts or something.EVERYONE obsesses about technology, the latest gadget, the latest facebook ad trick.. it is BULLPOOP!!

It's almost cowardly, hiding thousands of miles away in a secure roon sitting in a big comfy chair and pressing a button and blowing the enemy away.Warfare has always been personal, now it's surgical, without risk.I'm all for military technology and any means necessary to limit losses to our side.

We cannot take phones into our offices, so I have to use the web apps for at least eight hours a day and Evernote has been easy to use and helps organize - everything.Also, I am sort of the local "tech" guru which means I test and evaluate all kinds of different technologies.

The big problem I see with using this particular product (and many of these technologies) on investment properties is that most investment properties don't have wireless Internet available during construction/renovation.And because most technology developers don't have investors in mind when developing the products, there generally isn't a non-WIFI solution available -- when there is, it's often cost prohibitive.

If I were more technologically advanced and had a pic, I might do that someday, a coming out party so to speak, but not that type of coming out you understand......not that there is any issue with that among others, ahhh.....trying to be politically correct is a PITA isn't it?

The modern landlord today can use technology, other people and some basic common sense to solve and manage many investment property issues.Bottom line: Be prepared to pay significant sums in profit to "turn key" companies for their service.
