My tip here would be to call the auctioneer or the law office before you leave for the auction so as to not waste your time.Along those lines, keep in mind that if you are just looking at the legal notices published by the law firm, they are not required to publish a new notice of sale indicating the date for which an auction has been postponed.

Kiplingers Magazine has an interesting article (pg 72-73 - may be online, but I don't know) in their just published January '15 issue showing 100 cities in the US and an expected snapshot of home prices.  

This article we just published shows rates for 2009-2014 from the Census Bureau.

It is recommended that you have and publish "minimum" standards. 

The tenants are under lease and the rents are published.

It's a smaller group and they don't publish much of an agenda in advance, but they always have a great meeting and have strong members.

They used to publish in the paper these incidents and charges but all I see now is the police log and arrest number. if they all go it will stay  vacant or under rented until summer.
