Healthcare systems are starting to get more stocked on supplies and are in a better place to handle more of a surge.  26 million Americans unemployed already, supply chains and businesses failing left and right, currency debasement at unprecedented levels etc. is going to have so many more ramifications in years to come that I think we really need to start opening things back up again. 

While inflation and volatile mortgage rates still make purchasing a challenge, the increase in inventory paired with the slowdown in price increases give buyers a leg up as they seek to secure homes before winter.

I am interested in buying a pair of duplexes that are side-by-side on the same property.  

Looking to pair up with an investor or wholesaler, just to learn and assist in any way possible.

Next recession will be a currency crisis.

I plan on heading to the recorders office in the morning to see if we can figure it out - if we can secure the lot to pair with the property it will be a great boost for sale price afte.

My thoughts are that the lack of funds paired with the fear that was placed into everyone seeing their parents lose home value they don't want to jump, making the rental housing market prime to work.
