What frustrates me in past deals they've had is the realtor never seems to fight for them and they buy into the bs their selling - the realtor doesnt care if the price drops another 10k or 20k as in the grand scheme the price reduction has a minimal effect on their commission.Any good realtors, help me help you get this listing so they can fire their present agent.

Either way not anything I was going to participate in.this also is why you see the auction companies so nutso about EM deposits.. ( I just funded one yesterday in Orlando that required a 10% deposit on a 150k purchase)  thereby keeping the riff raff wholesalers at bay.. for us I like the fact that its gotten tougher.. makes for less competition and yes they brought it upon themselves.what many who venture into these schemes to defraud the banks don't realize is they have LONG memories and many times these guys think they got away with it only to get indicted 3 to 5 years after the event..

I do not know what the credit is now, at one time it was $50 or $100 - really inconsequential in the grand scheme of things, but it was something they offered and it would be like pulling teeth to get the credits applied.
