Newbie to the BP site & forum
Very interested in learning more about real estate. I have an economics education background and am a bit skeptical but one thing I like about the podcast is that they are actually realistic about how much work it takes and that it's not a get-rich-quick scheme. Look forward to learning more and being a part of the group.
My wife and I are located on Dallas Georgia and our potential first investment will be a beach condo that we go to every year and are very familiar with. We'll see if that ever happens though :)
