First, I'd certainly want to try to assess what method or tact to use, hopefully you can just be a nice, decent person that's willing to help get things moving for them, although just be sure that you're not dealing with one of these slugs we all occasionally run into that if you show any weakness or willing to bend, that they will then use you just like they use everyone else they come into contact with, they are out there.

Therefore, I had thought gold will peak in 2010.Looking at the long term dollar chart, I am under the belief that after 2011, assets that favorable will be american assets and the U.S. dollar, where as from 2001 - 2011 foreign assets and weak dollar was the play.

in areas were the area were markets are weak you can usually talk burnt out landlords into allowing you to take their problem properties off their hands.. in HOT or brisk markets pretty toughBRRRR is how most folks do this.. pay cash refi pull all money out do it again.

I would maybe say the statement that Class B/C is more resilient than Class A but get some bigger macro trends at play and all asset classes can show weakness in some form or another.

Accept that as the worst outcome, then go to work making sure that doesn't happen.Read the book "Stop Worrying and Start Living" if you deal with chronic worry or anxiety over decisions.
