I think one way or another you should figure out how to keep him as a tenant, if possible, or as a handyman.He sounds like he'd be a perfect on-site manager for a mobile home park or apartment building or camp site, etc.

You can usually look up the zoning regs online.There's a guy who lives off the grid in the county I live in, and he has several cabins and camping spaces that he rents out on AirBnB.

@Jayson Hinkson I guess I am more in the let them go camp but that is because my properties are desirable and I can normally get them rented within the two month notice period that tenants normally observe here in Ontario.
