The landlords body was recently found; the girlfriends not yet. 

They saw lots of pictures online and we exchanged many emails.Within 10 minutes of getting here the wife suddenly became very picky;  she decided she didn't like "those people" in the neighborhood (the house is in a small subdivision with large lots; no body walks around outside so I'm not sure what "those people" she even saw), the appliances were too old, the counters were not granite, she didn't like the light fixtures.   

I never imagined that stretching every fiber of my will, determination, physical/mental strength and pushing my body to its limits would have catapulted me into investing in real estate.  

I waited two months and no body put offers in.

I have 4 mortgages(rentals) and am wanting to buy more banks will not loan me more money i am trying to keep my 20K in the bank if i can for emergency's but i want to buy more rentals in this great market any body have any tips i have a 740 fico i am ok with buying anywhere in the USA What would you do if you were in my shoes i have a buy an hold strategy and i want my homes to cash flow each month after all expenses i am open to any and all advice THANK YOU ALL Rob Smith :D :D :D

It's a disservice many places enact, when they have telemarketers, and warm bodies in a seat to take your application and don't consider true guidelines and options for investors. keep looking
