I also believe many large mobile home parks prohibit this behavior, instead requiring owner occupancy as part of the rental agreement from the park.That's not to suggest there are not creative ways around that - but it is a consideration.

Further, I find high end condos much easier to manage than other residential rentals, since the condo association basically eliminates bad tenant behavior, and takes care of exterior maintenance.

I my opinion a bubble is derived when only irrational behavior is left to push the market higher.Median home value is increasing as the cost to build new has skyrocketed since resources are harder to come by.
