For general education, I like the California site called FirstTuesday.US they have a library of forms I review and compare to our docs.

You can also find them for free at many libraries and also many libraries give you the ability to borrow audiobooks that you can listen to on your phone .

I also have collected a small library of business books, mostly real estate titles (because it is such an intricate and detailed topic).  

I know the are building a new library on Parsons:http://www.columbuslibrary.org/buildings/parsonsBut, just looking on google maps, theres a lot of pawn shops and dollar stores.

I went to my local law library and looked through the index for cases citing the tax foreclosure code, and couldn't find any which had tested reimbursement for necessary repairs cost.

Guess what, my local library had both copies available!
