@Lois Agbor, I wouldn't recommend for newbies to go searching for properties where they would be trying to beat the Banks at THEIR game.Rather, I suggest that it's easier to cut your teeth with motivated Sellers who DO have equity.

The lower end Roku units without the Wifi remote are not as responsive and easy to use.The new Apple TV units I think are not easy to use because of the touch sensitive remote - requires too much dexterity for an older person or child to use effectively.

It would be worthwhile if you are in syndications to ask for the sensitivity analysis to see how the property holds up against changes to rent and occupancy.
