I believe there's huge demand for MHPs due to many economic drivers and have a similar underwriting process with much less expense and headache to apartments.  

A taxi driver charges you a lot of money just to take you around the corner.

Last and possibly most important,  is the application does not provide the landlord sufficient legal information such as drivers license, social security number, etc...

I'll end with this thought: we are in an ongoing process to refine our floor plans, to eliminate all the cost drivers possible, while also balancing keeping the units desirable to renters and the future owners of the properties. 

It takes regular effort, but done right it can drive real business results.

Most Turo owners are local to their cars, unlike STRs.But if you can make the Turo rental work it seems like something that could be a huge help, and the couple people I've talked to actually doing it have had good luck with it.Like you shared this model could work great but it would be somewhat limited to STR owners who are local to their rental and can transport the car accordingly.The last two times that I used TURO, both were within 2023 the TURO drivers had to utilize creative options for the travelers who were flying in because airports are creating parking restrictions as it competes with their airport rental options.Besides that its difficult to find management for the vehicle the rules are becoming more strict.

The Oil and Gas industry is the primary driver in West Texas, and as of a few months ago it basically hit rock bottom again.
