Ive tried the library to take out books and there was not even one.  

I would get yourself a few books from the library on landlord/tenant books, some basic property investing books, and I mean BASIC - start there so you can learn the lingo.

You usually have to chat them up first, because they'll feel obligated to give the PC answer or hand you an alphabetized list. 

Cozy didn't stop me from downloading the reports to my PC. 

I listen to them on Audible and buy the hard copies for my library.
