I know I haven't updated my profile yet and this is my first post but I've just been busy soaking it all in!

And I recently found out the hard way that it's best for a buyer to have their own agent so that at the time of a pending crisis occurring in the middle of the deal (i.e. results of a somewhat troubling home inspection report), there will be an educated professional on the buyer's side able to adequately address their concerns.

Sorry if this sounds ridiculous but I've just never been exposed to the process first hand.

I've just been so excited to get started on my own REI path that it's turned into me trying to figure out some creative financing so I wouldn't have to put off my first buy and hold investment!  

I've just finished a flip, and I'm out of money until it refis which is another couple of weeks.

I've just built up a business that is able to make money in both up & down cycles of the market.A typical transaction involves me working with a seller who wants to sell & a buyer who wants to buy.

I recently found an interest in this real estate investment business through a bunch of arrows in my life that ll pointed in the same direction. 

I've just found a good place and will make and offer tomorrow.
