I'm sure the county, road & bridge, nav and port, drainage district, water control, city and ISD all nominate people who have the average citizen's best interests at heart : /.They need to cap the rate increase to .10 or .20 per 100 every 3/4 years (freeze it in between).

I liked Peaks model and program so well I became their competition I have done over 750 of these non recourse foreigner loans... but they are not priced like US citizen loans.. they are quasi hard money and for sure we red line and for sure we take a hard look at value...

My experience in 2018 was that either HSBC or smaller local banks (First Citizen etc) would be willing to help, larger banks (JPM, Citi, BoA) were not interested.
