Clair, my wife and i have been building our Commercial fleet vehicle cleaning company here in Charlestono over the past 4 years.

I guess what I'm saying is STEP 2 is find some body willing to loan or surrender ( distressed seller) enough value or money for you to buy the property.

If you get to busy body about people in and out of the unit then your just going to confuse the court and they will think you don't know how to handle the mater.

I was blown away at the first bill.We had several dead bodies cleans up and even shootings and they where always in the 5-10k range.Meth lab was no joke, and the bank I worked for took it super serious. 

In my case, a crappy little $500.00 claim means it's simply not economical (unless the filling body has a s-e-r-i-o-u-s grudge and money to burn) to pursue.

We search both title and post body for keywords.
