Also about a week later a senior citizen hit me trying to turn right on a red light when I had the Green Arrow and my insurance card had soda all over it so the cops gave me some ticket I guess to go show my current insurance ,which the previous week when I got the speeding ticket the cop just looked up my insurance and saw it was active and that was fine.

It would be more appropriate to tax the citizens of that city/county, rather than force one sector to provide it, and eat the lost profits.

I mean there are out of state investors in every state but not to the extent it is in the mid west.So then you have to look at the demographics of the areas and the customary practices of their citizens.. and in these markets to rent a SFR is the norm not  semi rare like on the west coast.. in Memphis for instance over 50% of the citizens there rent..

I would contact the county or the city and ask them how do they deal with indigent citizens who pass away Without any family to handle their belongings.
