We were originally trying for a duplex but instead managed to buy our (fixer) house in South L.A. just before the City announced building the stadium back in 2015... so we're grateful for that.

We have bad apples in our business and I am grateful to those who point them out to save us from potentially costly mistakes. 

. :) I know this is not the easiest way and there are more moving parts and risk but I am very much considering this approach and look forward to, and am grateful for,  any BP wisdom to flow my way. 

So if you service 76 sites like I do- they size me for the 4th of july, when they figure EVERY home has EVERY relative and the community looks like a grateful dead outdoor free concert venue.

It is what it is, I learned a lot, & I’m grateful for the experiences I made.

I'm also grateful for the support and backup I get from you, Rashad and Pratik, especially since I'm back on the road a lot for the Achieve the Dream tours.

I plan to do this in to my primary residence basement here in DC this summer and would be grateful for any recommendations and/or insights.
