If I had 30 2 bedroom houses, that would $390 a month for trash service.  30 2 bedroom houses is the equivalent of a small motel with 30 rooms. 

Or are you looking to hire the equivalent of a part-time assistant to do it?  

Most CFPs I've met aren't accredited and make the equivalent of a median wage (at best).

I would view going to a CPA who says to specialize in real estate, but doesn't invest, is the equivalent of going to a mechanic who's Amish. 

You set up a Master LLC and then have a streamlined process for setting up and maintaining different "series" under the master LLC, with each series being the rough equivalent of a separate LLC. 

And I can tell you that dumping automated voicemails on me just lights my fuse.It's the equivalent of driving by my front yard and flinging a pile of junk mail onto my lawn.

Either you are completely rigth and in 3-6 months you buy the property having only spent the equivalent of the rent on the vacant units, or you were wrong and you only lose 1/2 as much money when you walk away.
