I was happy to grant their request to terminate the lease early.Unless you're running a charity, stick to the plan and don't let emotions cloud your decisions.

Make sure it's a Real Estate Atty and not some ambulance chaser.  

Even if you do get close to closing, you'll have a clouded title and it probably won't close until the issue is cleared up. 

At the very least, a sale that violated that covenant would cloud title insurance to the extent of that amount, it will not prevent the property from being sold and closed.

But at $299/yr ($25/mo) for unlimited users, it seems to be the most functional yet cheapest project mgmt cloud-based program out there.

If the option was filed ensure the filing has the expiration date of the option otherwise you'll need to file a notice of termination so it doesn't cloud title.

Iv tried the 100% wireless and have found that based on battery life and cloud based service the technology is not quite there yet.
