Even if they are so called scam artists, unless you invested money and lost it to the 'criminals' or know someone who has been royally screwed over by them, not sure if there's a need to trash talk BP etc...?

As a Canadian looking to invest in commercial in the US, I (not surprisingly) do a fair bit of reading on the topic.

It also provides a better handling of multi-currency, Canadian GIFI and Canadian & International taxation that we experienced with Quickbooks (or SimplyAccounting).

I am curious about what type of entity Canadians investors use for lets say 2-3 rentals in the State of Florida... in term of the less expensive yearly costs and annual tax returns fees.Thank you

Canada is tough as I believe but need to speak to a Canadian lawyer as there is more regulation for such.
