Vancouver is a magnet for Chinese money, and has a very nice climate (one Canadian described it as the California of Canada).  

It allowed me to grow into the adult that I needed to be and opened my eyes to cultures around the world.

Culture, income, transportation, crime, etc ALL CHANGES just one street away from a neighborhood that is actually booming with working professionalsI own a 5 unit commercial building on the "West END" of providence.

Now I'm still new to the real estate culture so i don't really know what this means.

Anyway, Hawaii is definitely beautiful so be sure to keep it on your list of places to visit--I recommend staying in Waikiki for a night or two to get a feel of that culture, but spend more time on the North Shore; it's less crowded, relaxing, it's basically a whole other place!

The culture that we established is VERY different than 99.9% of the other sites in the space, and that has served us very well.

But, I hope that it becomes the socially progressive, entrepreneurial, artistic, and culturally diverse example of what a city can and should be. 

I have to say, looking at this "card" that was posted while the work was being done is like looking at chinese handwriting.
