@Will Yang you havn't given enough info to do a full analysis, and I bet enough thought into all your options. you told what you owe but what did you Pay? 

@Antonio Yang  The recessed lights are much nicer than standard surface mount light fixtures. 

@Peter Yang as @Bettina F. mentioned I would recommend a property manager, especially if you are out-of-state.  

@Sean Yang An alternative would be to look to raise private lending monies.
