so after listening to all the podcasts I read the recommended books like 4 hour work week and land lording on auto pilot.So I thought I would as his others are systemizing your buy and holds?

So that brings me to 40+10+30=80 hour "work weeks" Not to shabby for a guy in his mid 20's

I've read The ABC's of REI, Rich Dad Poor Dad, 4 Hour Work Week, and Nothing Down For The 2,000's.

Ive read Real Estate Millionaire, The Four-Hour Work Week, and currently reading Rich Dad Poor Dad.

I have looked into some systems, after reading 4 hour work week and LL on auto-pilot or PM software but I am not sure how Much time they save as opposed to just being more structured/organized.

I'm working my way through my long reading list taken from BP, some are to be expected, some I had never heard of.Rich Dad, Poor Dad -- good inspirational, big picture book but basicThe unofficial guide to real estate investing -- helpful for understanding some of the concepts of  and  real estate vocabulary buildingThe four hour work week -- not one of my favorites but like the philosophyThe One Thing -- great book on focusing on the things that matter and create results and cutting out (or delegating) the things that don't.
