My locations are ideal for hospital workers/visitors, International college students/families, vacationers/national park goers and are walkable to anything you might want.My cancellations only happen within seconds of booking confirmation (literally), or in the rare event a surgery/appointment is cancelled for a patient from outside the country(a time or two).

But in NJ shore areas, these are often desirable for vacationers; time spent in higher elevation in the house usually exposes better views of the surroundings.

I think it would have been much easier if I had had long term tenants as opposed to vacationers who only stayed an average of 2 nights and needed lots of attention.

Once built I will proceed to lease them out to artists and vacationers that want to get away for 2 to 3 days or even a week at a time.

The other big point is that you aren't necessarily competing with investors for these properties - you are competing with wealthy vacationers looking for second homes and just trying to get a decent deal.
