Take out costs for cont. education, transportation expenses, personal office type expenses, and the show and tell expenses to dine a client, take home after taxes is very slim for most Realtors.It is or can be an extremely stressful life and I understand the sence of urgency Realtors have in wanting to ram a deal through the maze of requirements.
