Can you create some sense of urgency by having several applicants in the same place at the same time?

Your plan should depend on the urgency for you to get in and do the electrical work, and how much you'd like to keep this tenant.

I have a few for sale and feel some urgency to get solid contracts soon.

Take out costs for cont. education, transportation expenses, personal office type expenses, and the show and tell expenses to dine a client, take home after taxes is very slim for most Realtors.It is or can be an extremely stressful life and I understand the sence of urgency Realtors have in wanting to ram a deal through the maze of requirements.

Winter is always a tough time to fill vacancies.If you don't have a sense of urgency to get your properties rented now, it will likely be a LONG winter!

The ideal fit would be someone trustworthy and reliable, who can produce detailed and accurate quotes for work, and who addresses concerns quickly/understands urgency. 

You might want to look at adding some short copy to create a sense of urgency - but you know your list and business model, so maybe not necessary.
