There a  bunch of guys down here trying to sell houses they bought at HOA Foreclosures to unsuspecting buyers , "for a song" because they don't realize there is a mortgage still attached to the property for far more than the property is worth, which will be foreclosed on at some point.  

Why so many home contractors engage in fear mongering with unsuspecting homeowners for a simple leak?

It's disturbing to see they are still posting content on their YouTube page and unsuspecting people are still gobbling it right up! 

Institutional buyers will purchase the BofA properties and they may sell the crap houses to unsuspecting buyers who will absolutely lose money and either sell at a loss or worse, give them back to their lender if they borrowed to purchase them.

Hi @Jay Hinrichs,It is a big risk if you have never owned Apartment Complexes going into a new market, without a proven team that has already been there and done that in that market.There are sooooooo many pitfalls or landmines to unsuspectingly walk on.  

The program should be cancelled but then the City will turn around  an rename it to lure unsuspecting landlord into its clutches.

Do you remember the scene where his wife expresses concern that he's selling worthless stock to unsuspecting people?  

She drops the dog at the Humane Society without telling them about the dogs history, so the dog ends up with an unsuspecting family.

Rent control is an insidious addiction that will lull the unsuspecting into a future of uncertainty.
