Most underwriters will not insure the flipping side of the business under a contractors policy.In order to keep your insurance costs under control I'd suggest the following set up,1)  LLC for the contracting done for others2) Real Estate LLC for Buy & Hold and Flips3) or a 3rd LLC for the Flips if it makes you uneasy mixing the Flips with your long term holds*LLC #2 would pay LLC #1 for any work performed.
