Knowledgeable Real Estate CPA in Maryland

Hi, everyone -

My husband and I are looking for a CPA who can provide tax planning and filing services for both our W2 income and rental property income. We’ve had our first few consultations with 1-800Accountants, and they left us feeling uneasy. We had precise real estate tax questions, and they didn’t appear to be as knowledgeable as we hoped. We want to work with someone we can lean on for the long haul as we continue to purchase properties in the DMV.
