You can be pushing friendships too far when you are holding your hand out, so even if it is offered, consider it a friendly offer more than a business relationship, I suggest making them offer at least three times before really considering them in a business dealing.....you can set the stage for the offers to be made, but don't just ask and never beg!!!

I'm 22 as of now.Im definitely not expecting a handout.. honestly kinda hoping for a hand up.

Classes are three hours of INTENSIVE information, plus generous handouts.

I'm not about hand outs, that is way the question about me trolling for contributions was insulting...Like Mercy Housing, Habitat for Humanity our company and folks with Home Partners of America.

If/when those properties come up for sale what's stopping you from sitting on public property adjacent to the one up for sale with a "buyer beware" sign and hand out leaflets with your own personal story.I suppose what I'm saying is you could either let this eat you up ... and you can be the thorn in this person's side... or you can roll over and take it... 

Some sort of visual support is helpful, but again, a common error is packing the slides or handouts with too much information.

You would need a great and responsible cleaning person/s, a local handyman repair service ect.Your cleaning person would be your eyes and ears.You can manage payments communications, calendars etc through the VRBO / airbnb platform.A Lock box or smart door lock would eliminate the need for someone to handout a key during check in.

It has worked for me to sell many listings over the years.I’ll door knock 10 houses to the left, 10 to the right and 10 across and hand out information about my upcoming open house.
