The protected-classes already have a ton of protection, but the way all of these articles that've been popping up today are written you'd think we are still using separate drinking fountains.

The area of focus was on Texas, but there were a couple of people there that seemed to think that Indianapolis was a great area to look at.I've been told Cap Rates of around 13% to 14% can be found there, especially around the Fountain Square Area.Thoughts?

We have been in Indianapolis for 2 years and live in Fountain Square.

Bates Hendricks, Irvington, Mapleton-Fall Creek and Fountain Square come to mind when talking about downtown though.Mike  

Broad Ripple is already near the peak, Fountain Square is likely going to have gotten too hot already too.

I have a sliver of faith this can be done right.Hopeful they put something nice there -- Century 2 is cool - but the city has let it go down the toilet - the fountains & pool along Douglas (last I've seen) dont work - the concrete is crumbling on that front courtyard and as many others have pointed out in all the articles on the subject the building is just not a very good setup to attract a lot of conventions/different uses.
