Fed Policy in Focus: The upcoming Federal Open Market Committee meeting and its subsequent minutes will be closely watched to gauge the Fed's response to recent economic data, particularly inflation.

I realize that our partnership would need to file our 1065 for 2023, but would then the partnership issue subsequent K-1s to me and my wife, to which we would include when we file our personal taxes?

They replied; " The Lenders insurance is not affected by a subsequent transfer of title via Quitclaim to the LLC in your name."  

@Jonathan Firouzi   Years ago AZ had the sliding glass doors right to the pool area and I thought that was crazy if you have kids.

When you split up the purchase that way, all subsequent money must be contributed in the same ratio.

Real estate markets are inherently cyclical, undergoing periods of adjustment that typically lead to stabilization and subsequent growth.
