Some lessons aren't fun to learn, but there is no other way when you try something new (and are too stubborn to ask for help before things are on fire).

Being stubborn led to delays in my projects as a look back on things.

The good news is I’m expanding my portfolio and I can see the light at the end of the tunnel, granted it’s probably a charging locomotive coming towards me .. but I’m persistent and too stubborn to quit .

I had one female that was stubborn lol shoot me.

So now I'm still trying to negotiate the contract because the seller is being very stubborn.

We also have several  people that keep calling us every friggin day because they are in pre-foreclosure and desperately need to sell, but they are stubborn and won't accept anything other than ARV.NOT motivated, irrelevant how desperate they are to sell!

@Alyssa Strom Unfortunately my fiancé was born with a bad case of stubbornness, so I unfortunately will not be able to consider house hacking as my first buy.

However, if you are stubborn and willing to grind it out, you can still make it work:)Keep in mind, vacant park will not make any money until you have homes in the park. 

Even if you are able to find which doorway is being smoked in front of you can not use that as a good enough reason for eviction (if they went to court)... you could use the information to get them to admit to it then ask them to leave.... but if they are stubborn and refuse to leave then you will need photo/video proof that it is them smoking in front of the door since anyone could walk over and smoke in front of their neighbors door. 

Valery ,Normally a bank will give me a release just for the asking but Fannie Mae was a little stubborn.
