I would add to everyone's point you want to find your strengths and what you bring to the the table and then surround yourself around other people who can help you with the gaps  You're going to need deals, contractors and capital.  

You have to learn from people that know.Find a professional, complement their strengths, and profit together.

As an agent to possible investors, the active side of REI has one paramount strength-- control.

People participating are all over the rainbow in background, personality, strengths, financial position, family make up, and color. 

If you study their pricing, strengths and weaknesses, you will know how to position yourself. 

AI's strength lies in automating defined, albeit tedious, processes.If you don't believe in lead generation, no amount of AI will help make it better.
