Also, A&B areas are the northwest side of the city.....logan square, bucktown, Avondale, Irving park, etc.People have to invest based on their comfort level not based on how good or bad a deal is because if you can't stomach the risk then you will cave early and lose. 

I might make a suggestion- it may not be worth getting sick to your stomach over petty theft.

We bought just about the cheapest house we could stomach in Oak Park that wasn't threatening the fall over in a gust of wind and turned it into the best house on the block.

After about a month of stomach ulcers I took all the advice I found on here and went out looking for experienced investors that were local to me and just started picking their brains and bugging them enough until I was able to end up partnering with one of the more successful single family investors in the DFW area.

I'm sure you had butterflies and that's normal , I've probably taken 200 calls now and still get that anticipatory knot in my stomach every time . .Everything above is spot-on.  

In some way, I think it’ll also free me up to take more creative chances in my music business: I could stomach more creative risk.I’m sure I’ll be jumping into the forums and posting more here.

im looking at a 2family here i just visited today on Park st, gorgeos big house, and also N 19th st. area is ok for me coming from greenville jersey city, that warzone is def hard to stomach, but the problem i see is that my 2fam in jersey city shot up over 100k in 2yrs, i just cant get my head around east orange.. so far out and see no signs of new developments that are everywhere in JC greenville or bergen lafayette.. i do like the bigger lots, but doubt i could rent out parking spots out there for 150+ like in JC or union city. idk, hard to figure out where East Orange might go. that west part of newark and south of 280 just.. real rough idk if it will ever change

time sure has flown by thus far. it's amazing how everyday its something new. one day she needs held up, the next she does it all on her own....one day she can't roll over, the next you find her in her crib sleeping on her stomach. it's craziness!
