Hello,I am newly looking into sheriff sales, specifically on the mortgage foreclosure side.

While not being specific as to why there were delays (except what we know-that there is a wait on the process of a national builder buying out properties), she said they were temporary delays recently and that they were not permanent.   

They often offer updated owner records, pre-foreclosure data, and more targeted lists for specific markets.

I'm currently diving into some older BiggerPockets content from around 2015, specifically The Book on Rental Property Investing by Brandon Turner.

We liked the idea of partnership on a bigger project with the specific MTR strategy in order to increase NOI and exit in 3-5 years.

And this is so market specific..
