The point of my statement was to 1) Provide guidance and reassurance. 2) Set expectations and align interests.For what it's worth, here it is:Hello everyone,As you know, we are in the midst of some trying times.The COVID-19 pandemic, while not yet widespread in New Hampshire, is a potential threat to our society and has resulted in our local and state governments taking some preventive measures that will change our daily lives, at least in the short term.

For the next month or two or whatever time we as a society need to transition to a new normal, to overcome this initial fear, I'm in favor of keeping everyone in place.Regardless of how borrowers have acted in the past, they are still human beings and we all need to stick together, practice social distancing to "flatten the curve" until things settle down.

Im in it to make a difference, not only for my family, but for those that need shelter, the community, and the society as a whole. 

Big lesson learned for me on that project.Another example is a historical society.

Covidophrenia is not compatible with a free and democratic society anywhere.

The flu is ‘old’ news and society is desensitized to it.

That might be fine, but they might be forced out of business if there is a claim, and then you’d have no sponsor there at all to manage your investment.Part of the issue here is we are in a litigious society, and the bigger you get the more you are a target for frivolous lawsuits.  

My goal is to BRRRR at least two properties by the end of this year.As COVID-19 has thrown society into a bit of a social crisis, I'm remaining optimistic while researching and investing in my knowledge as much as possible. 

With all that's going on in society right now, be extra careful to screen screen screen your rental applicants, and do so beyond the standard credit/background checks, especially since here in Chicago eviction courts are shutdown.

As a society, however, most of us are complying with most of the government mandates.
