My memory is admittedly fuzzy on the details, but the correct term to chase down is "Mortgage Sequencing".

I am not a general contractor but I know enough to organize the schedule and sequencing to properly in roughly what they should cost.I won't get their prices from trades I may hire but maybe I'll split the difference.

Sequence of events with establishing the business and purchasing properties (what would be your approach in hindsight?)  

I then set followup sequences inside of my CRM which notifies me when its time to give a cold lead a ring again.I've seen my response rate go from a 1-2% to around a 4-7% increase when i added cold calling!

What happens then is you need to create a killer follow-up sequence to segment and keep these leads interesting.

There are several pieces of marketing strategy I am thinking of implementing over time, but I am also getting started on a shoestring until I have some deals that I can reinvest.At what point and perhaps what sequence should I consider:Establishing an official company name?  

I'm generally a *very* organized person and all I wrote above seems so chaotic and confusing to me, that I figure I better call it good enough and then just come back and answer more queries as you guys who know more can pull together my crazy thoughts into some sort of logical sequence.
