. - only 1 Electric service panel with 100 amp svce - some unapproved attic splicing done it appears- roof 15 years old- water supply and drain waste piping uses old galvanized water piping that is subject to leakage (drain pipe is actually leaking to crawl space!)

We have a single family home in Cleveland, Ohio, which is rented out on section 8 (chma) , and few months back came to know that the water/sewer bill was not shifted on tenants name and we saw a $3500 water bill and around $6000 sewer bill.There is no way the tenant would have consumed so much water, either there was leakage or some other issue... but we were surprised to see this bill.

Otherwise you can expect damage to walls and woodwork, water leakage, or overtaxing of electrical circuits.Yes: If the space is difficult to access, such as a narrow stairway to the basement, or it's a small space that requires a unique size W/D, then we provide the equipment.

As far as water leakages in ceilings or other things, you can certainly "cover" those things up but overall just make sure you have an inspection, do a solid walk through or 3 and check for things like outside grading around the foundation, cracks in exterior foundation, roof issues and gutter issues and you cover a lot of the major issues you can encounter.Hope that helps you!
