I say we ban anyone who copies and pastes robot answers, cluttering up storage on servers for useless word filling loren ipsum type nonense.It's worse than giving someone gift cards they will never use for their birthday.

All they have to do is send 1k commitment fee to the lender in Target gift cards :).. thats why HML / Private lenders that no one has heard of on BP get kind of a rough time at the start.

If you can gift that to your daughter she should be able to have a low enough monthly payment to afford a home, especially if she buys a duplex and rents out the other half.

Of course the best perks came with the amount of gifts we raised for the kids and few homes the humane society places some dogs in (they set up a booth at the event).

When I have had this situation, I communicate well expressing the urgency on my part, provide access to another unit (if I have a vacancy nearby), and may give them a gift card or something for their trouble.
