Fixed income U.S. treasury bonds are not  attractive at all if you're being paid back with dramatically debased dollars with lower purchasing power.

Each city’s approach can play a unique role, but zoning for higher density developments stands out as a powerful strategy, albeit a tough one to get passed.

Usually the increased buying power and shared expenses can help make the numbers tie out, especially when you consider getting creative with occupancy (maybe yall split time at the house and spend time elsewhere through out the year).Im seeing more and more interest from folks who are looking to do this sort of thing in tandem.

You are the power player so use your power to hire others to handle this.

Hey @Elizabeth Lark,As mentioned in some other responses, one of the superpowers of real estate is its tax treatment, and you are forfeiting powerful strategies when you hold them in a retirement account as you describe.

So some have one or the other.I like solar powered cameras instead of Ring's of any kind.I have the Eufy exterior camera with separate solar panel.
