(a) If the Company establishes the title, or removes the alleged defect, lien orencumbrance, or cures the lack of a right of access to or from the land, or curesthe claim of unmarketability of title, or otherwise establishes the lien of the insuredmortgage, all as insured, in a reasonably diligent manner by any method, includinglitigation and the completion of any appeals therefrom, it shall have fully performedits obligations with respect to that matter and shall not be liable for any loss ordamage caused thereby.. . .To the extent that you are requesting compensation for the Alleged Damages, please see Condition8(a) of the Policy which provides the Company with the right to establish title as insured in areasonably diligent manner without being responsible for any loss or damage to the insured.

As long as they treat me and the building with respect I return the favor, when you get a bad one get rid of them and find a good person.

I do not go barebones because I want tenants that will also respect the place.  

Nobody will ever respect you for the blood, sweat, and tears you will go through dealing with all of the pain and agony of trying to navigate such a ridiculous system.

Have you ever noticed that many things that are actually creepy, stupid, and downright evil put a respectable title/ name to it?

She has an impressive portfolio but I just lost some respect for this agent - I reached out to help a Bay Area investor as an agent not have her sell him an expensive coaching program.

I enjoyed what I did building cool bridges and hotels, but I was not too fond of the daily in and our grind.Jumping ship has brought bigger challenges, but I am happier tackling them with people I love working with.With respect to real estate & being a landlord, it's honestly something I do NOT ENJOY that much either (dealing with HOAs, repairs, vacancy, etc.)...unless you can buy properties and completely offload the property management, which was and is hard for me to do with my scarcity mindset.
