Was it represented in the lease that those appliance were included?

One thing I would ask, is does the law office represent you or are they only transactional, assisting you with paperwork? 

How do you protect yourself from having the responsibility to buy the house you were "representing"?

The PoA designates our company as AIF.Now, it's possible that back during the original closing we had the borrower sign TWO PoAs: One designating our company, the other designating an individual representing the company.Our original PoA was prepared in consultation with an attorney, but that was done well over a decade ago!

I'm in somewhat of a similar situation, except I represent a landowner who is cash poor but owns prime land throughout GA.

Is it wrong for me to believe that going unrepresented, I may not be missing out on much especially since the agents themselves did not represent their interests other than wanting status quo.
