Redefine what you want to do. 

I had an established system that worked, decisions that were timely and didn't have to define/redefine any roles.

In short in my opinion like all RE, define what you want to buy, find really great people doing it and go from there. 

You can buy a very cheap  HVLP sprayer at Harbor Freight if you have a compressor. 

Commercial is always a good bet especially warehouses for freight and logistics.

(Even if some years they go down I’m speaking about the decades not the years)If the only thing holding you back is that it has to be a “good deal” it might be that you - like me and the rest of us - have to start looking at re-defining that for the modern era.

We ran a test ad and received about 25 inquiries overnight to rent one of the homes, despite the fact that we noted in caps that it's ABOUT 300 FEET FROM A FREIGHT TRAIN....I suppose my question is, assuming this beauty passes the Phase I, would you consider it a decent investment?
