We should be closer to 90 days on the construction and it is just up for sale now.Rich Hello Rich,I'm impressed by your numbers; here in LA i don't think i could build anything decent for less than $100/sqft; i have to discuss further with new builders i have contacted  recently, but i wouldn't be surprised to end up with final costs ranging between 100 and 140 per sqft.
