My name is Turner Sprout. I have just recently moved to Los Angeles from northern Michigan! I am looking for someone who is interested in showing me the ropes of flipping contracts (wholesaling) I would be very interested in helping anyone on a few deals with whatever they need in exchange for experience. Thank you all for your time and hope to connect with you all soon! -Turner Sprout

I would say your first objectives are;

1) developing a few methods of finding and/or creating lucrative deals to wholesale.

2) Find a real estate attorney & spend an hour or 2 reviewing the contracts you plan on using.

3) Decide on a very specific farm area to specialize in.
