I've been thinking about buying vehicles and listing them on Turo as a new investment vehicle (pun intended).Does anyone here currently have vehicles on Turo who would be willing to share their experience?

The subject of private lenders is relatively new to me, but I can already see the great benefit it provides and how it can open up many doors (yes, real estate pun intended)!

OK agreed.. but a simple home inspection and sewer scope would flush this out.. no PUN intended .. :)at this point forget about the agent.. the seller is paying the commish.. just do normal due diligence which is sewer scope and home inspection.

The wine business has grown a lot (no pun intended) in my area and continues to grow, so I wonder what kind of ROI I can expect, I am sure you need more info, but wanted to put the feelers out if I'm asking in the right forum.
